These Terms & Conditions (\u201cAgreement\u201d) govern your use of our cleaning services (\u201cServices\u201d) and website at joniscleaning.com.au<\/em> (\u201cSite\u201d). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our Services.<\/p>\n

2. Scope of Services<\/h4>\n

We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services as agreed in your booking, quotation, or service confirmation. All services will be performed to the standards outlined in your booking and subject to any specific terms agreed upon in writing.<\/p>\n

3. Booking & Confirmation<\/h4>\n

3.1 A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message from us.
3.2 Quotes provided are based on information supplied by you; additional charges may apply if actual service requirements differ.<\/p>\n

4. Client Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

4.1 You must provide safe and clear access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
4.2 Please secure valuables and fragile items before services begin.
4.3 Ensure required utilities (electricity, water) are available on the service date.<\/p>\n

5. Pricing & Payment<\/h4>\n

5.1 Prices charged are as agreed in your quote or booking confirmation.
5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received in full before service completion.
5.3 Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope services requested by you.<\/p>\n

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling<\/h4>\n

6.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled service will incur no fee.
6.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
6.3 Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.<\/p>\n

7. Liability & Insurance<\/h4>\n

7.1 We maintain public liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for existing property conditions or pre-existing damage.
7.2 You agree to notify us of any claim for damage within 24 hours<\/strong> of service completion.<\/p>\n

8. Limitations of Liability<\/h4>\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.<\/p>\n

9. Privacy and Data Use<\/h4>\n

Your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy<\/strong> (available on our Site). By using our Services, you consent to collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

10. Changes to Terms<\/h4>\n
