4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 You must provide safe and clear access to the premises at the scheduled service time.
4.2 Please secure valuables and fragile items before services begin.
4.3 Ensure required utilities (electricity, water) are available on the service date.
5. Pricing & Payment
5.1 Prices charged are as agreed in your quote or booking confirmation.
5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received in full before service completion.
5.3 Additional charges may apply for out-of-scope services requested by you.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
6.1 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur no fee.
6.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
6.3 Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1 We maintain public liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for existing property conditions or pre-existing damage.
7.2 You agree to notify us of any claim for damage within 24 hours of service completion.
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
